Class time: all hair extension classes are held on a Sunday of your choice from 9 am to 4 pm (you may request a later start time to accommodate your travel schedule).

Terms and Conditions

Class Date & Deposit

HairDirections will make every attempt to honor your first class date request.  You will be contacted by HairDirections shortly after you submit your registration.  At this time you will receive confirmation about the class date, and a $100 deposit will be due.  A class date is not guaranteed until you have paid the $100 deposit.  You may cancel or change your registration before you pay the $100 deposit without obligation.  A welcome packet will be mailed to you shortly after we receive your deposit.     

Payments

The balance owed for your class is due in full 4 weeks before your class date.  If you register 4 weeks or less before your class date, the balance owed for your class is due in full at the time your class date is confirmed.  VISA, MasterCARD, checks, and debit cards with a VISA or MasterCARD logo are accepted.  

Professional Status and Student Substitutions

All students must be a licensed cosmetologist or a student enrolled in a cosmetology program to attend this class. Attendee substitutions may be made at any time, without penalty.  All attendee substitutions must be a licensed cosmetologist or a student currently enrolled in a cosmetology school.  Registrants are entirely responsible for finding their own substitutions if they are unable to attend a class.  We request that you give us at least 1 week notice of a student substitution, if possible.

Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy

All equipment and products included with a class or purchased from HairDirections have a six-month warranty against manufacturers’ defects.  This warranty does not cover damage to equipment or products as a result of improper handling or use (for example, the warranty does not cover damage caused by dropping or knocking over equipment, using an improper technique, etc.).  Customers are responsible for shipment of equipment they believe is defective back to HairDirections.   Please note that all payments for training classes are non-refundable, and all equipment and supplies included with a class or purchased from HairDirections, Inc. cannot be returned or exchanged.  All sales are final.

Force Majeure

The availability of your training is subject to acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, terrorism, curtailment of transportation, or other emergencies making it illegal or impossible to hold this class.  HairDirections shall exercise due diligence and take all reasonable steps to avoid, remove and overcome the effects of the force majeure event. HairDirections assumes no responsibility for any expenses incurred by the registrant(s) in the event the class is canceled due to events outside the control of HairDirections, Inc.
