We invite your company to join the Four Seasons Salon & Day Spa Company Perks Program.

The goals of the program are to foster wellness and to strengthen our relationship with local companies. The Perks of membership include both employee-level and company-level benefits, such as special offers, discounts, and events.  Employee-level benefits enable each employee to take advantage of whichever benefits they choose.  Company-level benefits will provide opportunities for employers to promote happiness and wellness at their company at greatly discounted rates.  

Upon joining, each employee at your company will receive a Welcome Perk of a free $5 spa gift certificate.  After this, your company and employees will occasionally receive additional benefit notices for Perks Members that you may selectively choose to take advantage of. 

Company Perks Program Membership is free and a company may cancel their membership at any time after joining.  To sign up for the program a company must fill out the form below.
