Terms and Conditions
We want to make sure that everything goes smoothly on the
day of your training. Please read the material listed
below and let us know if you have any questions.
Class Date, Pricing
Structure, and Payments
You will be
contacted by HairDirections shortly after you submit your
registration. After a class date has been set, the
total amount owed for the class is due. A
class date is not guaranteed until you have paid the total
amount owed for the class. You may cancel or change your registration before
you have paid for the class without obligation. A welcome
packet will be mailed to you shortly after we receive your
payment.
VISA, MasterCARD, Discover, checks, and debit
cards with a VISA or MasterCARD logo are accepted. The
balance must be paid as one lump sum (not individual
payments from each class attendee). The price structure
is:
1-7 registrants: $745
8-12 registrants: $745
13-16 registrants: 745
17-20 registrants: $795
21or more registrants: please contact us for pricing
Depending on the location
of the class, a Trip Charge may also be added to the Package
Cost You are under no obligation until you
have received an exact price quote from HairDirections and
have paid for the class.
Class Selection
You will have the opportunity
to select the classes you would like from our Continuing
Education list (which must include 4 hours of health,
safety, sanitation and infection control and 2 hours related
to laws). You are entirely responsible for selecting
classes that meet the continuing education requirements for
your group. For example, if your group will contain a mix
of Cosmetologists, Manicurists, and Aestheticians then you
must select classes that fulfill the requirements for all of
these license types.
Facilities, Equipment, and
Training
HairDirections will supply an
instructor, laptop, speaker system, mannequin head and stand
(as needed) for the 6 hours of training. This training
fulfills the continuing education requirements for Wisconsin
only (not for any other states) for the license type(s)
indicated in the continuing education class list under
"Target Audience". Because this is training that will
be held at your establishment, you are required to supply a
room that is large enough for the number of people that will
be trained, including seating for everyone in your group.
You must provide a space or room that is conducive to
training (for example, if the salon or spa is open, the
training cannot take place on the clinic floor where there
are clients and people working). The space or
room must also have at least one functional three
prong electrical outlet available.
Attendee Substitutions
Attendee substitutions may be
made at any time, without penalty. You are entirely
responsible for finding substitutions if a registrant is
unable to attend a class. We request that you give us at
least 1 week notice of a student substitution, if possible,
so we can have their training certificate ready. Each
individual must attend all of the scheduled training for
that person to receive credit for the 6 hours of continuing
education.
Cancellation, Refund, and
Rescheduling
We spend a considerable about
of time planning and scheduling these classes and we book
out our time to hold them for you. For this reason, please
understand that all payments for training classes are
non-refundable. You may request to reschedule your class
date after it has been confirmed, however, HairDirections
does not guarantee that it will be rescheduled. No
refunds will be given for classes that are cancelled by you
or for registrants who
do not show up to the class, arrive late, or leave early.
Force Majeure
The availability of your training is subject to acts of God,
war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil
disorder, terrorism, curtailment of transportation, or other
emergencies making it illegal or impossible to hold this
class. HairDirections shall exercise due diligence and take
all reasonable steps to avoid, remove and overcome the
effects of the force majeure event.
HairDirections assumes no
responsibility for any expenses incurred by the registrant(s)
in the event the class is canceled due to events outside the
control of HairDirections, Inc.
You are responsible for
ensuring that everyone in your group is aware of these Terms
and Conditions. |
