Class Description: This comprehensive 3-day seminar will teach you extraordinarily valuable methods for structuring and operating a highly successful cosmetology school.  You will learn proven systems and tools that have been developed and perfect over several years, addressing the top business, educational, and operational challenges of a cosmetology school.

You will observe the HairDirections Education Method in action, both in the classroom and on the clinic floor.  You will also have the opportunity to apply what you have learned to generate a HairDirections lesson plan and teach a short class.
