State Approvals

Make sure that you select a class that is listed for your state and your specific license type if you would like to receive CE credit towards your license renewal.   You are welcome to take any of our classes if your state does not require CE.

HairDirections currently offers state approved Continuing Education (CE) classes for cosmetology professionals in Illinois, Ohio, Georgia, and Wisconsin.  Because our classes are state approved, they will count towards your CE licensure renewal requirements as long as you select a class that is listed for your state and your license type. Illinois

HairDirections is currently approved by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation as a licensed CE Sponsor for online training, open training events, and in-salon classes for the following license types: Cosmetologists, Estheticians, Nail Technicians, Cosmetology Teachers, Esthetician Teachers, and Nail Technician Teachers. Ohio

HairDirections is currently approved by the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology to offer an online CE class for Cosmetologists, Managing Cosmetologists, Hair Designers, and Managing Hair Designers. You can see a copy of our approval letter by clicking here.

Georgia

HairDirections is currently approved by the Georgia State Cosmetology Board to provide CE training for Georgia Master Cosmetologists, Estheticians, Nail Technicians, and Hair Designers (GA CE provider registration number 2012-0004).  You can see a copy of our approval letter by clicking here.

Wisconsin

The HairDirections online training, open training events, and in-salon classes have all been approved by the state of Wisconsin (see below for a copy of our approval letters from the state).

Two credit hours reviewing the laws governing licensees and establishments: HairDirections' two-hour laws program has been approved by the state of Wisconsin.  The approval letter authorizing HairDirections to provide this training can be read by clicking here.
