• A true haircolor expert. Kristin has worked as a professional haircolor educator for two of the top 5 haircolor companies in the world

• She has been hired by stylists across the US, including New York, Atlanta, and Las Vegas, to provide advanced education in areas such hair color, hair cutting, hair extensions, and business development

• She was recently invited by Thomas Delmar Learning to serve as a returning reviewer for the Milady Standard cosmetology textbook

• She has been responsible for the preparation and execution of professional hair shows and photo-shoots, and developed training and promotional DVD’s

• She has designed several salons and spas

• She founded Four Seasons Salon & Day Spa in 1998

• She created Four Seasons Cosmetology School in 2001 and served as the school's Lead Instructor for over 7 years before selling this division of her corporation to Paul Mitchell in 2009

• Kristin attended college on a fast pitch softball scholarship in Illinois, where she earned her her Barbering and Cosmetology Certificate. She went on to receive her instructor certificate from Madison Area Technical College in Madison, Wisconsin and has also received advanced training in coloring, cutting, perming, hair extensions, nail enhancements, sugaring, teaching concepts, and business and leadership methods.  She currently holds Wisconsin State Managers and Instructors licenses.
