There are three things you will need to be successful with Hair Extensions: (1) high quality products that your clients will love, (2) the technical ability to do a great job placing and attaching extensions, and (3) customers.  HairDirections will provide you with the tools and knowledge that you need during our one-day Enhance Certification Class. 

All training classes are taught by Kristin Allison at the HairDirections Design Studio in Monroe, WI.  Unlike most extension trainers, Kristin is a licensed cosmetology instructor with several years of practical experience as a successful educator, stylist, salon & spa owner, and extension provider.  She routinely receives rave reviews from our hair extension students.  

We are located in the middle of 3 major airports if you plan to fly in for your class.  Our training facility is also within driving distance of Chicago, IL; Milwaukee, WI; Madison, WI; St Paul and Minneapolis, MN; Dubuque, IA; Green Bay, WI; Rockford, IL, Janesville, WI, and everywhere inbetween.  We have trained stylists from Las Vegas, New York, Chicago, St. Louis, Atlanta, Madison, and many, many more places.

The Enhance Certification Class

The Enhance Certification Class  was designed for beginners with no prior hair extension experience.  It is also a good class for experienced hair extension providers who wish to add the Enhance Fibre line to their skill set.  After completing this one-day class, you will be certified by HairDirections.  An overview of the class is provided below:  

• Comprehensive 7 hour class

• Hands on training

• The services you can offer (length, volume, color, texture, color streak)

• Product information and usage

• Hair Extension placement and application

• Color matching and blending

• Aftercare

• Hair Extension removal

• We will provide you with all the hair that you will use during the class (at no extra charge)

• You do not have to bring a model

In addition to the technical topics listed above, the Enhance Certification Class also includes "The Business of Hair Extensions: how to be successful".  This is a valuable portion of the class that will provide you with a simple system for generating and maintaining your hair extension clientele.
