Cancellation policy

Because we reserve time especially for you, we ask for at least 24 hours advance notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Please understand that when you do not provide this notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with another guest. For this reason, we do have to charge you 50% of the cost for your scheduled services if you do not provide 24 hour advance notice when cancelling or rescheduling.
