We also ship hair extension products directly from our facility to you.  HairDirections, Inc. is the US Authorized Distributor and Educator for the European Hair Direct Enhance Fibre products. • A full head of our hair extensions will only use about $60 - $90 of Enhance Fibre.  Other systems of the same or lesser quality can literally cost up to 10 times this much.  Even if you don't choose to use our Enhance Fibre for your extensions, make sure you find out how much the products will cost you BEFORE you schedule your training for a different system.  The cost of your extension products can have a dramatic impact on how much money you actually get to keep for each service you perform.  

• There are extension companies that require you to keep taking classes to maintain your certification (even though you are not learning any "new" techniques).  Not us.

About the Founders & Owners

HairDirections was founded and is owned and operated by Dan Gramer and Kristin Allison. Together, they bring a unique and powerful blend of technical, education, marketing, management, and business experience to the table. They have applied this knowledge to the creation of HairDirections to help YOU be successful with Hair Extensions.

Kristin Allison is a leader in the cosmetology industry.  She has worked as corporate salon manager, a professional educator for both the Wella Corporation and Kadus, been responsible for the preparation and execution of professional hair shows and photo-shoots, developed training DVD’s, worked as a successful hairstylist, and founded and continues to own the Four Seasons Cosmetology School, Four Seasons Salon & Day Spa, and HairDirections.  Kristin was recently invited by Thomas Delmar Learning to serve as a reviewer for the Milady Standard cosmetology textbook.  She has been working with Hair Extensions for over a decade, and is the Lead Educator for HairDirections and the Lead Instructor at Four Seasons Cosmetology School. She takes great pride in teaching and helping others in the cosmetology industry learn. This is reflected in the incredible success of her cosmetology school graduates who have one of the highest state board exam pass and job placement rates in the country. She also continues to expand her own education and experience in a variety of areas.  With all of this success, Kristin is still one of the most down-to-earth and friendly people you will meet.

Dan Gramer worked as a rocket propulsion engineer (aka rocket scientist) with ORBITEC for over a decade, where he innovated, developed, and managed new technologies for NASA and the Department of Defense. He has been responsible for budgets totaling in excess of $3,000,000 and taking several new ideas from conception to reality. Dan is now applying his diverse, in-depth skill set to creating and spearheading new business areas and products for the cosmetology industry on a full time basis.  His work and innovations have been featured several times in nationally distributed publications, as recently as March 2007.  He is the President of HairDirections, Vice President of Four Seasons Salon & Day Spa and is a member of the Four Seasons Cosmetology School Board of Directors. He has played an integral role in the growth and management of these companies for over five years. Dan has extensive experience in product prototyping and development, several technical areas, marketing, proposal preparation, and generating unique and successful solutions to difficult problems.  He has received several national awards for his work within AIAA, and was also featured in the AIAA Young Professional Newsletter.  Dan has been granted four patents, has over 50 publications on a variety of topics, and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has also received continuing education in management, business, and technical topics related to both engineering and cosmetology.
